Kims needed a mobile website developing and a digital marketing strategy to drive more online bookings and a new demographic of customer to the retreat.
What WE Pitched
We needed to rank for a range keywords which best describe the property such as 'hotel', 'resort', 'retreat' and then qualifying keywords to attract the right clientele we wanted - 'luxury', 'romantic', 'escape'. This along with the right geo-targeting 'central coast', 'sydney', 'nsw' made the right strategy to hit our target audience.
The client was operating a booking engine as their mobile website so we have to develop a new responsive WordPress website which could generate bookings on both desktop and mobile and make better use of high end photography to modernise the retreat online. Good SEO would drive traffic, the new website would convert bookings.
We used Google AdWords to run dynamic retargeting ad campaigns to display our Room images to users who had previously visited the Kims website but not booked. This in addition to 'Google Ads for Hotels' made up our Paid strategy to drive traffic and bookings from couples in Sydney looking for weekend escapes.
We needed to revolutionise the Facebook presence of Kims and develop a fresh Instagram profile to better engage with our younger customers and showcase the amazing retreat in a more modern way. This coupled with social competitions and paid ad campaigns would grow our follower numbers to new levels.
Just over a one-hour drive from the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Kims is the perfect beach retreat – a cluster of deluxe individual timber bungalows and spa villas on the beach and immersed in rainforest and shaded by an avenue of ancient Norfolk Island pines.
Kims were referred to SEO Premier by another client of ours with the requirement of a new mobile website, increased online bookings and an improved social presence. In addition to that we have implemented online Chat functionality to allow Reception staff to improve Customer Service and generate more enquiries from browsing visitors on the website.
